Seshagiri Rao Jasti, Promoter has informed to the Company that he is holding 400 number of shares in Keerthi Industries Limited in physical mode which was not identifiable by him before. He has further stated to the Company that the Original Share Certificates is/are either not received by him or is lost.
After verification of records, as per the information provided by him, we found that he is holding 400 shares in Keerthi Industries Limited in Physical form.
He further informed to us that he has already applied for issue of duplicate share certificate and will be dematerialized as soon as the Duplicate share certificate is issued to him. |
