1. Approval of audited standalone and consolidated Ind-AS financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018; and
2. Recommendation of a dividend, if any, on equity shares.
Further, in terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed from April 30, 2018 until May 15, 2018 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018. |
