Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 it is hereby informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of Trigyn Technologies Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 to take on record, the Un-Audited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2018.
Pursuant to the Insider Trading Policy of the Company, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company, shall remain closed for all Directors / KMPs / Designated Employees / Connected Persons from Wednesday, August 01, 2018 to Tuesday, August 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) after communication of aforesaid Un-Audited Financial Results to the Stock Exchanges.
