Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Ltd (IL&FS) is the promoter and majority shareholder of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd (ITNL) and ITNL is the promoter of Noida Toll Bridge Company Limited.
We wish to inform that pursuant to the Order passed by National Company Law Tribunal dated October 1, 2018 under the provisions of Section 241 and 242 of the Companies Act, 2013, the present Board of Directors of IL&FS, has been suspended with immediate effect and 6 new members have been inducted on the Board of IL&FS. |
