The interim dividend for 2018-19 will be paid on or from August 7, 2018 to all members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, determined with reference to the book closure from August 4, 2018 to August 8, 2018 (both days inclusive), already announced for the purpose.
