This closure of the Trading Window has been occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled to be held on August 09, 2018 inter alia, to consider and approve the Standalone & Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter and three months ended 30/06/2018 and other items as per agenda.
