LLP, from 26th June 2018 to the conclusion of this 7th Annual General Meeting, subject to the approval of shareholders.
The Board also recommend to the shareholders for the appointment of M/s. VKS Aiyer & Co, Chartered Accountants (Firm's Registration No:000066S), Coimbatore, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 years from the conclusion of 7th Annual General Meeting (2018) until the conclusion of the 12th Annual General Meeting (2023) for audit of accounts for the Financial year 2018-2019 to 2022-2023.
