The Board of Directors of the Company vide their resolution passed by circulation on 30th March, 2018 has accepted his resignation with effect from the close of business hours on 30th March, 2018.
Accordingly, Dr. K Ramamurthy has ceased to be the Whole-time Director and member of Finance Committee, w.e.f. the close of business hours on 30th March, 2018.
