In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that Company has declared L-1 bidder by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a new EPC project under NHDP-IVB for Dagamagpur - Lalganj (Pkg-2) in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall remain closed from March 09, 2018 to March 12, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
