i. Shifting of the Registered Office of the Company from Vadodara in the State of Gujarat to Chennai in the State of Tamil Nadu (Within the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Chennai)
ii. Revision in the remuneration of Mr. Raoof Razak Dhaanni (Managing Director)
Pursuant to the requirement of the Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, also find attach the Scrutinizer's Report dated 02.05.2018 for the Special Resolutions as set out in the Notice of postal ballot dated March 19, 2018.
