This is to inform that in terms of Section 108 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 as amended by the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2015 and Regulation 44 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company has made arrangements with 'National Securities Depositories Limited (NSDL)' to facilitate voting by electronic means i.e. 'Remote e-voting' to the eligible Members for all business to be transacted at the 26th Annual General Meeting.
The Voting period through electronic means will begin on 24th September, 2018. (9.00 A.M) and end on 26th September, 2018 (5.00 P.M.). During this period, the Members of the company holding shares either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on cut-off date, i.e, 20th September, 2018, may cast their vote electronically.
The e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting after 5 p.m. on 26th September, 2018.
