on May 29, 2018, inter alia, to:
1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2018, and
2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year 2017-18.
In this connection, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders (“the Code”) adopted by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company would remain closed from May 22, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) for the Insiders covered under the Code. |
