Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai - 400 058, to consider inter-alia the following Business:
1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018.
2. In terms of the Company's Code of practices & procedures for fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information alongwith Code of Internal procedures and code of Conduct of prevention of Insider Trading pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from 18th May, 2018 to 1st June, 2018 (both days inclusive).
