Please find the enclosed copy of the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2018 along with Segment Report, Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Limited review reports issued by the statutory auditors.
Further, in respect of Sugar Division, the Board reviewed and approved to opt for Crop Holiday for FY 2020 to ease continued pressure on margins, keeping in view the glut in domestic sugar and consequent bearish trend coupled with highly unviable input costs.
The meeting of Board of directors commenced at 10:30 A.M and concluded at 1:30 P.M.
