1. To consider, approve and take on record Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial Year ended on March 31,2018.
2. To consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2018, for the approval of shareholders, at the ensuing Annual General meeting.
In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Policy for prevention of insider trading of the Company, 'Trading Window' for trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed form April 30, 2018 to May 13, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
