1.Approved the Re-appointment of Shri Pracheta Majumdar as the Wholetime Director designated as Chief Management Advisor of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2.Recommended the re-appointment of Shri Vikram Swarup, Shri Anand Bordia, Shri Brij Behari Tandon , Shri Dhruba Narayan Ghosh and Dr. Deepak Nayyar as the Independent Directors of the Company for a second term of five consecutive years subject to approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
