In connection with the above, as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Internal code for prevention of Insider Trading, the ''Trading Window'' for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Friday, November 02, 2018 to Friday, 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
