Further, in terms of the restrictions placed by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Monday, October 29, 2018 to Wednesday, November 7, 2018 (both days inclusive).
