Dear Sirs,
This is in continuation of our earlier communication dated April 3, 2018, wherein we had informed that the Company had filed a Writ Petition before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi against the Order of the Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, rejecting the application for stay of penalty demand and directing the Company to pay Rs.131.04 crores, for assessment year 2009-10.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that the matter was listed for hearing today, wherein one of the Judges recused himself to take up the matter. Accordingly the matter is now transferred to another Bench for hearing on April 16, 2018.
You are requested to take the information on record.
