| Exchange Received Time 26/02/2018 15:50:40 Exchange Disseminated Time 26/02/2018 15:50:46 Time Taken 00:00:06 | In continuation of our earlier letter dated 21st February, 2018, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of Power Finance Corporation Ltd. in its meeting held today i.e. on 26th February, 2018 have declared the payment of second interim dividend @ ?1.80/- per equity share on the face value of the paid-up equity shares of ?10/-each for the FY 2017-18.
Kindly note that the Record Date i.e. 7th March, 2018 for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the shareholders has already been intimated vide our letter dated 21st February, 2018.
The date of payment/dispatch of dividend shall be on or before 27th March, 2018.
The Board Meeting commenced at 12.30 P.M. and concluded at 3.25 P.M.
