Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with the Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, the "Trading Window" for trading in the equity shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under the said Code will be closed from April 23, 2018 to May 08, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
