Administrative Office located at 6-3-668/10/66 Durganagar Colony, Punjagutta, Hyderabad 500
082, maintained by M/s Venture Capital & Corporate Investments Limited having its office located
at 12-10-134, MIG 134, 2nd Floor, Bharathnagar Colony, HYDERABAD 50 018 , pertaining to transfer of
equity shares of the company for the period from 01.04.2018 to 30.09.2018 for the purpose of issuing
a Certificate as per Regulation-40( 9)of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)
Regulations, 2015 and based on the information provided by the Company, I hereby certify that the
Company has delivered during half year ended 30th September, 2018 :
A) Share Certificate(s) relating to the transfer of Shares received during the period from

within thirty days of the date of lodgment for transfer, sub-division, consolidation, renewal, exchange
