Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Day to Day Affairs Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on 6th March, 2018 approved the allotment of 5,00,000 equity shares of Rs.200/- per share (Face Value of Rs. 10/- and premium of Rs. 190 per Share) pursuant to the Conversion of 5,00,000 CCDs of face value of Rs. 200/- each aggregating to Rs. 10 Crore to M/s. Edelweiss Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd. ('EARC') as a Trustee of EARC Trust SC 145. These Equity shares are proposed to be listed on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited subsequently.
Accordingly, the Paid up share capital of the Company will increase from Rs. 23,22,01,170/- divided in to 2,32,20,117 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 23,72,01,170/- divided into 2,37,20,11 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
