We wish to inform you that Pursuant to Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company has transferred 4000 Equity shares of Rs.10 each in respect of 63 shareholders to Investor Education and Protection Fund.
The above shareholders have not encashed any of the dividend warrants during the last seven years (2010-11 to 2016-17) the company has send the individual notice to the shareholders and also published the newspaper advertisement but no communication was received from the above shareholders.
The intimation received from NSDL for transfer of shares to IEPF Account is attached for your reference.
