1. Appointment of Mr. Vineet Garg as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.ef. May 29, 2018.
Mr. Vineet Garg was the Chief Financial Officer of Hathway Cable & Datacom Ltd. from February 12, 2016 until May 15, 2018. He has over 20 years of experience including as Vice President and Head Life Cycle Management of Reliance Communication Ltd. Mr. Garg holds professional qualification of B.Com and Chartered Accountant.
2. Relinquishment of office of Chief Financial Officer by Mr. Ghanashyam Bhagwan Aayeer w.e.f. the close of business hours of May 28, 2018 due to his impending retirement from the services of the Company.
3. Relinquishment of office of Whole-Time Director by Mr. Ghanashyam Bhagwan Aayeer w.e.f. the close of business hours of May 28, 2018.
4. Appointment of Mrs. Avarna Jain as an Additional Non-Executive Director of the Company w.e.f. May 29, 2018. Mrs. Avarna Jain holds professional qualification of Bachelor of Arts in communication from University of Pennsylvania and is the daughter of Mr. Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company.
