In terms of Regulation 30 of SEBI(Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 we wish to inform the following ;
1.NLC India Limited and Damodar Valley Corporation Limited had earlier signed a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) for formation of a Joint Venture company for acquiring DVC' s Raghunathpur Thermal Power Station (2x600MW).
2.In this connection, DVC vide letter 27th March,2018 has communicated that DVC is no more interested in pursuing the above JVA and would like to call off on mutual agreed basis under intimation to Administrative Ministries.
