This is to inform you that on 19th June, 2018, the Company has allotted 16,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees who has exercised the offer under Aurionpro Employee Share Purchase Scheme - 2017.
The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
