Approved the Statement of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report given by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, as per Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and in compliance with the Indian Accounting Standards as per the provisions of the Companies (Indian Accounting Standards) Rules, 2015 ("the Rules") and other applicable laws.
