Ltd as its Share Transfer Agents (STA) having its Registered Office/Place of activities at 17-20, Jafferbhoy Ind. Estate, 1st Floor, Makwana Road, Marol Naka, Andheri (E), Mumbai 400059, Maharashtra for affecting transfer of shares, etc. and is a SEBI Registered Category II Share Transfer Agent bearing registration number INR000002227.
Further M/s Adroit Corporate Services Pvt. Ltd as a STA has properly conducted all the activities as prescribed under Regulation 7(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 thereto in relation in both physically and electronic share transfer facility of M/s Vinaditya Trading Co. Ltd during the period from April 1, 2017 to September 30, 2017 on its behalf.
In our opinion and to the best of our knowledge and information and according to the documents furnished to us, we hereby certify that, the Company has complied with the aforesaid regulation and has maintained all the records of the activities in relation to both physical and electronic share transfer of M/s Vinaditya Trading Co.
