With reference to the above, regarding Board Meeting to be held on 26th October, 2018 to consider Unaudited Quarterly Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2018, As per Closure of Trading Window in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the Trading window will be closed for the Directors, Employees and Auditors of the Company from 24th October, 2018 till 29th October, 2018 (both days inclusive) and the Directors, Employees and Auditors including their dependants are therefore not permitted to deal in the shares of the Company till 29th October, 2018.
