| Exchange Disseminated Time 26/04/2018 19:05:08 | Compuage Infocom Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 4 May, 2018 at 5.30 p.m. at the registered office of the Company, inter-alia, to transact the following business:
1. To consider and approve Annual Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018 alongwith Auditors Report.
2. To take note of Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 31st March 2018.
3. To consider and recommend dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for financial year 2017-18, if any.
4. To consider any other matter with the permission of Chairman, if any.

Further, with reference to the Code of Conduct of the Company formed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for a period of seven days prior to Board Meeting for all Directors, Designated Employees and their immediate relatives from 27th April 2018 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available. |
