| Exchange Received Time 23/06/2018 15:30:31 Exchange Disseminated Time 23/06/2018 15:30:37 Time Taken 00:00:06 | This is furtherance to the our letter dated March 14, 2018 regarding the fresh investment in 1,05,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of fully paid up of Kajaria Floera Private Limited ('Floera'), a subsidiary of the Company, through subscription of the right issue of Floera, so as to provide funds to Floera for putting up its plant.
In this regard, we wish to inform you that presently, Floera doesn't need immediate funds requirements. Accordingly, the matter of subscription of the above said equity shares on right basis of Floera and investment of the funds in Floera (a subsidiary of the Company) have been deferred.
We will inform you, whenever it is further proposed to make investment in Floera, in compliance of the applicable laws.
