Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. August 13, 2018 wherein the Board, inter alia, considered and approved the following:
1.Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial statements of the Company for the financial year ended as on March 31, 2018
2.Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2018
3.Unaudited Standalone Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2018
4.Recommendation of Dividend of Rs.7/- (Rupees Seven only) per equity share i.e. 140 % (One Hundred and Forty percent) per equity share of Rs.5/- each fully paid up.
The Board meeting commenced at 3.00 p.m. and concluded at 6.45 p.m.
