The aforesaid proposal, if approved by the Board, will be subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
Further, pursuant to Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Insiders ('Code'), the 'Trading Window' for dealing in security of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, December 13, 2018 to Wednesday, January 02, 2019 ('both days inclusive') for the aforesaid purpose.
