The copy of the said Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2017 (along with the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditors), which were duly reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee and thereby approved by the Board of Directors, is enclosed herewith.
