We would like to inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of K G Denim Limited will be held at Then Thirumalai, Jadayampalayam, Coimbatore - 641 302 at 4.00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2018 along with the Limited Review Report for the Quarter ended September 30, 2018.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, November 05, 2018, upto Friday, November 16, 2018 (both days inclusive) as per the Code of Conduct of the Company for prevention of insider trading.
