Sub: Grant of Options to Employees of the Bank under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that the Bank has, on May 8, 2018, granted 64,000 Options to Bank's employees, exercisable into 64,000 shares of Face Value of Rs. 10 each.
The applicable Close Price was Rs.1,889.80 (NSE) on Monday, May 7, 2018.
The aforesaid grant of Options is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014 and the ESOP Scheme 2007 of the Bank.
