1. The Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017 and Limited Review Report of the said period, as reviewed by the Audit Committee.
2. The change in directorate of Shri. J K Devgupta, who has tendered his resignation as Whole Time Director w.e.f. 13th February 2017. However, he will continue as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
