Further, as per the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the 'Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders' framed by the Company, the Trading Window for trading in the securities of the Company by any Insider covered under the said Code shall be remained closed from 27th October, 2018 to 5th November, 2018 (both days inclusive).
