We have received an order No.CA/1/2016-CA-PNG(1) dated 30/05/2018 from Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas (MoP&NG) for appointment of Shri M Venkatesh (DIN: 07025342) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post on or after 01/06/2018, or till the date of his superannuation, or until further order, whichever is the earliest.
We will intimate the Stock Exchange on assumption of charge by Shri M Venkatesh to office of Managing Director.
