1. Payment of Dividend @ 140% (Rs. 14 per equity share) on 2,37,29,805 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March 2018, as recommended by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 25th May 2018,
2. Annual General Meeting of the Company scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29th September 2018.
