i) to consider and approve Audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018 and
ii) to consider recommendation of final dividend for the financial year 2017-18
It is further informed that as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Directors and designated Employees of the Company shall remain closed from 11th May, 2018 to 20th May, 2018 or 48 hours after the financial results are disseminated to the stock exchanges (both days inclusive) which ever is later.
