In accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are glad to inform you that the project 'Construction of 4 Laning of Sargaon-Bilaspur of NH 200(New NH130) ( Package III) from Km 91+026 to Km 126+525 (Total Length 35.499 Km) section of Raipur -Bilaspur Road in the state of Chhattisgarh under NHDP-IV on EPC Mode (the 'Project Highway), awarded by the National Highways Authority of India , has been completed. The Provisional Completion Certificate has been issued by the said authority on July 14, 2018 and has declared the project fit for entry into commercial operation as on May 20, 2018.

The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters shall be closed from July 20, 2018 to July 24, 2018 (both days inclusive).
