Shree Renuka Do Brasil Participacoes Ltda (SRDBPL) together with all of its subsidiaries (collectively 'Renuka Brazil'), had on 28th September, 2015, filed for protection under Judicial Recovery Law (Law 11.101/2005-Recuperação Judicial) in the designated court in the capital of the state of São Paulo.
On 4th July, 2018, the Creditors of our overseas subsidiary Company Renuka Vale do Ivai held a General Creditors' Assembly and approved a new recovery plan. As per the new plan, one of the production unit will be sold by auction after 60 days of approval of the plan by the designed court. |
