a) The Notice of Postal Ballot dated April 21, 2018 for approving issue of Non-cumulative Non-convertible Redeemable Preference Shares
b) Cut-off date for the purpose of remote e-voting through Postal Ballot Notice dated April 21, 2018 will be April 23, 2018.
However, due to unavoidable circumstances the Board of Directors through circular resolution dated May 9, 2018 has decided to postpone the issue of notice of Postal Ballot and the cut- off date for remote e-voting as mentioned above. The fresh dates would be intimated to you in due course as and when the Board may decide.
Under the circumstances the cut- off date i.e. April 23, 2018 is considered as withdrawn.
