Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for 'Designated Person' from July 30, 2018 till Forty (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting.
