1. Consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the IV Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018 (Financial Year 2017-18) together with the draft 'Audit Report' for the above said period.
2. Consider and recommend dividend to the shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
In view of the above, the Company will not be publishing the unaudited financial results for the IV quarter ended March 31, 2018 separately.
The trading window to deal in equity shares of the Company is closed from March 09, 2018 to April 30, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
