1. Re-designation of Mr. Surendra Mohan Sikka as the Additional Director in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration committee and subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
2. Resignation of Mr. Narendra Singh Bisht from the Board of the Company.
