The unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended 30th September, 2018 was approved and taken on record by the board of directors. The said results were reviewed by the audit committee of directors at its meeting held today prior to the board meeting. A copy of the unaudited financial results along with Limited Review Report by the Auditors on the said financial results is enclosed.
Pursuant to Regulation 43 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, board of directors have declared an interim dividend of Rs. 1.60 (160%) per Equity share of Re. 1/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2018-19 and the interim dividend shall be paid within 30 days of declaration.
Pursuant to Regulation 42, board of directors have fixed 17th November, 2018 as the record date for the purpose of payment of interim dividend for the financial year 2018-19.
