Pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we had submitted the said results along with Auditors'' Report thereon to the Stock Exchanges on June 11, 2018.
However, while submitting the aforesaid results with the Stock Exchanges, the Statement on Impact of the Audit Qualifications on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results were missed to be attached inadvertently.
Hence, we are once again enclosing herewith the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 along with the Statement on Impact of the Audit Qualifications on the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results.
